At MegaPrints, we are committed to delivering your personaliSed products efficiently and securely. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle the delivery of your orders within the United Kingdom.


Processing Time

  • Personalised Products: Due to the custom nature of our products, please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and production before shipment.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Delivery Time: 2-3 business days after dispatch.
    • Cost: £7.95 or Free on orders over £100.
  • Express Shipping:

    • Delivery Time: Next-day delivery after dispatch.
    • Cost: £9.95.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the selected shipping method.
  • Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over £100.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
  • You can track your order using the tracking number provided via the courier's website.

Delivery Address

  • Accuracy: Please ensure that all delivery information is correct. We cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Changes: If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately at hello@megaprints.co.uk. Changes cannot be made after the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Delays

  • While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as postal delays or adverse weather conditions.
  • If you have not received your order within 7 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at hello@megaprints.co.uk.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier service to resolve the issue and keep you informed throughout the process.

Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or if it was unclaimed at the local post office, we will notify you. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • All orders are shipped from within the United Kingdom, so no additional customs fees or duties apply to domestic orders.

Holiday Shipping

  • During peak seasons and holidays, processing and delivery times may be extended. We recommend placing your orders early to ensure timely delivery.
